South Asian Journal of Emergency Medicine (SAJEM) is an international, peer-reviewed journal which is published bi-annually. Emergency Medicine is a new and challenging field encompassing emergencies from all the specialities including medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynaecology, and paediatrics. This is the first journal of its kind from this region to highlight the development in this avenue and portray the research that is being conducted at various regional and local centres.
